Marco Canora’s Italian Pantry

Michelin-starred Chef Marco Canora (Insieme & Hearth) has hand-selected his favorite Italian products and tools needed to cook from his book, "Salt to Taste" (Rodale, 2009).  This gift basket includes a signed copy of the newly released book and a wide range of professional tools and the finest imported gourmet gifts.  Chef Canora has included a bench scraper for making home-made pasta dough and a superfine holed potato ricer for gnocchi.  His selection of must-have Italian products includes a bottle of this year's vintage of Marco Canora’s exclusive Primo Olio extra virgin olive oil from Montecastelli, imported anchovies, mostarda di cremona, dried whole pepperoncini and amaretti biscuits.  Chef Canora has also included a Hearth t-shirt and Terroir sticker decals for any styling aspiring chef.
